1 year old cake is NOT that great!
We forgot all about the top layer of our wedding cake that we had stored at the Baldwin's house...OF course we had to try some, but much to my disappointment is was super gross! I wanted it to be good so bad because I didn't get to eat any at our wedding, but oh well...I had Jess take me to Baskin Robbins instead :-)

Awwww... I'm sorry! We had been told by older siblings that the cake sucks a year later, so we decided to just eat ours throughout the week after we were married. At least you got Baskin Robbins out of it though. I'm jealous!
We didn't even save ours because people ate it while we were on our honeymoon. It was alright because I ate some too when we got back.
I'm sorry it didn't taste so good. Ours actually tasted yummy! Weird I know. I'm glad to see you are both enjoying spending time together. =0)
So I went into the kitchen like two weeks after we were married and Collin was sitting at the table eating the top of our cake! I laughed so hard! He had no idea what is was for. So then we threw it away..
Happy Anniversay! Can you believe we've both been married a year now, time flies when your havin fun. Ya, we decided that after a year it would be pretty gross so we just gave ours to Brighams family right after the wedding so they could eat it fresh. Maybe I should tell Brig he needs to take me to Baskin Robins instead :)
